What is arbitration?

• A less expensive means of resolving a dispute where the parties are not willing or not able to reach an agreement and they want to stay out of the court system.​

• One or three arbitrators hear all the evidence and testimony (just as a court would) and render a decision based upon presented evidence, testimony and the law.
