Cost of Services

Professional Fees:       ​   Mediation Fee:         $395 per hour (3 hour minimum)

                                          Arbitration Fee:        $395 per hour (3 hour minimum)

Non-refundable Administrative Fee: $150

Deposit:  Administrative fee and 3-hour minimum fee is due before start of the first session.

Overage fees are due at the conclusion of the session.

Cancellation Policy:  Full refunds of the hourly fee portion of the deposit are given if written notice is submitted three business days prior to the scheduled date and time of the mediation/arbitration.

Continuance Fee:  If two days notice is given, there is no continuance fee for the first rescheduling.  For the second rescheduling and thereafter, if two days notice is given, a $100 continuance fee is billed per change.

All fees are usually split between parties, and are the responsibility of the parties and/or counsel.
